Mike "Baron Mikel" Scicluna lost his battle with cancer yesterday aged 80. Sciculna retired from active competition in 1984. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 1996.
Scicluna was a big WWWF star in the 60s and 70s espcially in Canada. He notably fuded with Bruno Sammartino and had a successful career in the WWWF mid-card devision.
He went on to win the WWWF United States Tag Team Championship with Smasher Sloan, WWWF World Tag Team Championship with King Curtis Iaukea and IWA World Tag Team Championship with Ciclón Negro.
